A Century of Achievement
Your contributions allow us to provide scholarships to deserving students, recruit high-caliber faculty, fund academic research and serve our community. We are committed to ensuring students have access to the resources they need for success – both inside and outside the classroom. Your generous donations help level the playing field for all students, regardless of their financial situation, so they can pursue their dreams. With your support, more students can attend NSU, expanding access to a quality education.
FSU’s vibrant campus community reflects this commitment as well; student organizations are a cornerstone of campus life at FSU and have helped create lasting memories here for generations. From sororities and fraternities to honor societies to religious organizations like Union Baptist Church on campus – which actively serves both students and faculty - FSU offers something for everyone here on campus. This sense of community also extends off-campus; alumni entrepreneurs often extend their support through mentorship opportunities or job placements for current students or recent graduates.
In addition to its academic programs, FSU continues to make strides in athletics as well; Bronco Nation can celebrate 10 CIAA championships since 2013! Whether cheering on our Broncos at Capel Arena or at road games across the country - or even enjoying our first NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Championship title this past March - our athletic teams continue to be a source of pride throughout Bronco Nation.
FSU has come a long way since its founding over 150 years ago – but there is still much work left to do! The university continues to strive towards greater excellence in teaching, research, service, and more – all while maintaining our commitment to providing access to quality education for African American communities across North Carolina and beyond. As we look ahead towards an even brighter future here at FSU, we invite you join us on this journey as part of Bronco Nation! #GoBroncos! #FSU150YearsStrong! #ProudToBeBroncoNation!
